The Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Auckland requires security for the Consular premises and for Consular activities as below.

1. Tender Topic: Security service at the Consulate of the Republic of Korea in Auckland

- Contract Period: 1 August 2022 to 31 July 2023 - Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:00pm - Total security personnel required: 1

- Set Price: NZ$76,000pa (Gst Incl.)

- Due date of the Submission: Monday 27 June 09:00 - Submission needs to be sent to [email protected]

o Job Description:

- Guarding the Consulate Premises

- Escorting and/or guiding visitors for Consular services - Other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Korean Consulate

o Requirement:

- Relevant security licences

- COA(Certificate of approval) licences

- Motivated and experienced security guards (2years or more experience and fluency in Korean language is preferred)

o Required documents

- Bidder registration form (attached)

- Tender Proposal including company overview, response to requirements and pricing etc.

- Copy of business certificate

- Copy of business credit report issued by one of either Centrix, Equifax, and Credit Simple

- Agreement to pay fanancial compensation in the case of delay in signing the contrtact or failure in carrying out the contract

- Applicants will need to undergo or produce up-to-date police background checks

o Bidder evaluation method : Qualification examination by the Consulate

- Bidders are examined by their bidding prices and the selection criteria attached below, and need to earn at least 85 points or above from the selection criteria

- Bidders in the order of the lowest bidding prices below the

‘reserved price’ will be examined their qualification based on the selection criteria

*Reserved Price: Average price of 4 estimated random prices that have been selected the most by bidders (bidders choose 2 out of 15 estimated random prices)

*Estimated Random Price: 15 random prices (within ±2% of the set price) set by the consulate

*Set price: maximum budget price (Gst incl.) set by the Consulate

All bidding prices higher than 94% of the reserved price will be calculated as maximum 94% of the reserved price
