ᄋ Any school documents (including enrollment letter, confirmation letter, transcript, degree certificate, etc) which issued by a school/college/university located in mainland China, should be endorsed by the relevant Korean Consulate in mainland China.

ᄋ It takes at least seven (7) working days (the submission day, Sat, Sun and public holidays are excluded) to process the visa.

ᄋ The original passport of the applicant will be kept at the consulate during the application period. Once the application is accepted, we will issue a [receipt] as the proof.

ᄋ The purchase of air tickets (payment of the cost) should be made AFTER the visa is granted and the Consulate is NOT responsible for any purchases made prior to the visa approval.

ᄋ All submitted documents and visa application fee are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Please prepare in both original and copies for documents that originals cannot be submitted. And please be noted that electronic school documents are not accepted as originals.

ᄋ There is no emergency visa issuance or expedited service available.

Calling the Consulate to hasten the application process will cause further delay instead and any solicitation, coercion or urging will result in visa denial.

◆ Financial proof documents

1) Either one of the followings can be submitted as the proof

(bank accounts from HK / Macau / Mainland China are acceptable):

A. Bank Pass Book (the last shown balance should be updated within 1 month) – Original and photocopy

B. Time Deposit Certificate which issued by bank (deposited 3 months ago and the maturity date which is later than the application date) – Original and photocopy

C. Latest 3 consecutive months’bank statements with the last one issued within 1 month (photocopy or the print-out of e-statement are acceptable).

If it is a statement with integrated accounts, the balance under [Saving Accounts]

should be with the standard amount or more. The amount shown under [Investment]

or [Mortgage] will not be considered. Full set (all pages) of the bank statement should be submitted.

D. The latest 3 consecutive months’transaction records/history which printed by bank within 1 month (this should be officially stamped by the issuing bank)

E. If using the on-line banking service, the print-out of screen capture of the latest 3 months’ transaction records and updated balance will be acceptable.

ᄋ The screen capture of mobile phone App. is not acceptable.

ᄋ In general, the account holder’s name may not be shown. Additional proof (such as the ATM card which shows account holder’s name and account number – original and photocopy) should be provided at the same time.

2) If applicants receive financial support from parents or siblings

◆ 財政狀態證明材料

1) 以下的財政狀態證明材料中, 選其中一種提交 (香港/澳門/國內的銀行帳戶皆可)：

A. 銀行存摺簿 (顯示最後結餘紀錄的日期, 需為申請日前一個月內) - 原件及複印件 (載有姓名頁及最近連續三個月記錄)

B. 銀行發出之定期存款證明 (需於3個月前開立及存款期滿日為申請日以後的日期) - 原件及複印件

C. 申請日前連續三個月的銀行月結單, 而最後一期需於近一個月內發出 (複印件或電子版的列印本均可)｡如該月結單為 [綜合理財] 月結單, 上記 [存款] 一欄的餘額需達申請標準, 其他 [投資] 或 [房貸] 等不作計算｡需提交整份(全部頁數)的月結單｡

D. 申請日前一個月內, 由銀行印發最近連續三個月的流水帳/記錄 (附有銀行分行蓋章)

E. 如使用 [網上銀行] 服務, 可自行登入網頁版本, 並列印最近連續三個月的交易紀錄及存款餘額的屏幕截圖｡

- 手機應用程式的屏幕截圖不獲接受｡

- 通常該等紀錄未有顯示戶口持有者的姓名, 申請人需自行提供額外資料 (例如：載有帳戶號碼及戶口持有者姓名的銀行卡 - 原件及複印件) 以作證明｡

2) 接受父母或兄弟姐妹的財政支援的情況

□ 유학(학위과정/교환학생) 목적의 대한민국 입국 (D-2, 체류기간 2년 이내의 단수사증 발급)

ᄋ 다음의 법무부 고시 34개국 국가 국민이 사증을 신청할 경우 반드시 아래 ①, ② 의 조건을 모두 충족해야만 사증 신청이 가능함.

① 최근 2년째 홍콩/마카오에 장기체류사증을 소지 및 거주하고,

② 사증 신청시 3개월 이상 체류할 수 있는 홍콩/마카오 장기체류사증을 소지해야 함

◆ 34개국 국가

ᄋ 중국에 소재한 학교 발행 서류(최종학력증명서, 졸업증명서, 성적증명서, 재학증명서 등)의 경우, 발행지 관할 대한민국 공관의 영사 확인이 필요함.

ᄋ 사증심사기간 : 최소 7 근무일(사증신청일, 공휴일, 토요일, 일요일은 불포함)

ᄋ 사증 신청기간 중 신청인의 여권 원본은 총영사관에서 보관되며, 서류 접수가 완료 후 증빙서류로 [접수증]을 발급함.

ᄋ 항공권의 구매(비용지불)는 한국사증을 받은 후 해야 하며, 사증승인 전 구매된 항공권에 대한 책임은 총영사관에 없음.

ᄋ 사증 신청시 제출한 서류와 수수료는 일체 반환되지 않음.

보관이 필요한 중요 서류는 원본 및 사본을 같이 준비 후 신청하여야 하고, 전자문서로 발급된 학교 서류는 원본으로 인정하지 않음.

ᄋ 긴급 사증 발급 없으며, 청탁, 강요, 독촉이 있을 경우 사증을 불허함.

◆ 재정상태 입증서류

1) 은행계좌 잔고 증명 제출 할 경우 : 이하 A~E 중 한가지를 선택 (홍콩/마카오/중국 소재의 은행 서류 제출 가능)

A. 은행통장 사본(원본과 함께 제출) : 최근 3개월 거래내역 제출 (마지막 거래내역 일자는 최근 한달이내의 기록이어야 함)

B. 은행 발행 정기예금 증서 사본(원본과 함께 제출) : 약정된 예치기간은 사증 신청일의 3개월 이전부터 예치하고, 사증 신청일 이후에 만기되어야 함

C. 최근 3개월 은행명세서 : 예금 계좌(Saving Accounts) 부분의 금액만 인정하며, 마지막 달의 은행 명세서 발행 일자는 최근 한달이내에 발행된 것이어야 함 (은행명세서에 표시되어있는 모든 페이지를 제출해야 함)

D. 은행에서 직접 발행한 최근 3개월 은행 거래내역 증명서(은행 날인 필요) 제출 (예금 계좌(Saving Accounts) 부분의 금액만 인정)

E. 인터넷뱅킹 사용시, 예금 계좌(Saving Accounts) 부분의 금액만 인정하며,

최근 3개월 은행 거래내역 증명서를 출력하여 제출하거나 스크린샷 캡쳐 후 출력하여 제출(계좌 번호, 예금주명, 거래일자, 거래내역, 거래 후 잔고 등의 내용 포함)

* 모바일 어플 버전을 캡쳐하여 출력한 경우는 인정하지 않음

2) 부모나 형제, 자매의 재정지원을 받는 경우

ᄋ 만30세 이하의 사증신청자는 부모나 형제, 자매로부터 재정지원을 받을 수 있음

ᄋ 재정지원을 제공하는 가족과 지원자 간의 가족관계를 증명할 수 있는 서류(출생증명등본, 출생증명서 사본(원본과 함께 제출) 등)를 재정지원을 제공하는 가족의 재정 능력 입증 서류 및 신분증 사본과 함께 제출해야 함

3) 배우자의 재정지원을 받는 경우

ᄋ 기혼자는 배우자로부터 재정지원을 받을 수 있음

ᄋ 배우자와의 혼인관계를 증명할 수 있는 서류(결혼증명등본, 등록사항증명서, 결혼증명서 사본(원본과 함께 제출) 등)를 배우자의 재정상태 입증 서류 및 신분증 사본과 함께 제출해야 함

4) 특정 단체나 기업으로 부터 지원을 받는 경우

ᄋ 특정 단체 : 단체 등록증명서(Certificate of Registration of a Society) 사본(단체 등록 인감 날인), 재정지원 내용 및 대상이 명시된 서류를 함께 제출해야 함
