Job Description: 1. To implement the companies directives given by the Owner/Managing Director (Sheik Abdullah Mosleh)

The main function is to look over generally on all aspects of all the projects particularly on project planning, time scheduling, quality of work, workers productivity report handed over by the project in charge (Project Manager or Project Engineers). To prepare and consolidate final reports for bidding new projects such as bill of quantities, bill of
materials, tools and equipments requirements, manning requirements and time scheduling.
3. To prepare and present the final bidding price of the projects to the Owner/Managing director making consideration of the expected profit and loss and to include report on all possible causes of profit and loss.
Bidding prices shall be approved by the Owner/Managing director before submitting the final documents for bidding.
4.To initiate and make strategies on sourcing new projects so that business operation of the company will be continuous maintaining the stability of the company. Specially on maintaining continuous costumers relation on old clients because those clients may recommend new prospects.
5.Make decisions on manpower movement problem from one project to another as to their manpower needs so that every activities of every project shall not be delayed due to insufficient manpower supply.
6. Making annual performance evaluation on all subordinates necessary for future promotion of every employee.
