I, the undersigned, as parent/guardian of the participant (name printed below), consent to allow him/her perform at the K-Pop World Festival 2022 Ireland, at The Helix, DCU, Dublin, on Thursday July 14th 2022. I also consent to allow pictures and videos be taken of the participant for the use of the Embassy and the K-pop Festival organization.
