Ⅴ. 결 론
5.2 연구의 한계
본 연구의 한계점으로는 다음과 같이 지적될 수 있다.
첫째, 조사 대상으로 지역․규모․업종을 가능한 제한하지 않으려고 하였으나 지역 적인 제한이 이루어졌다. 본 연구는 설문을 수집하는 과정에서 주로 전남․광주지역 을 비롯해 서울․경기․부산지역으로 한정하였다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 일반화하 는데는 한계가 있다.
둘째, 가설 검증에 사용한 연구방법이 면접조사 등과 같은 질적인 연구방법을 병행하지 않고 설문에 의한 조사만을 이용함으로써 설문에 대한 해석의 차이와 응 답자의 태도에 따라 분석결과가 달라질 수 있었다.
셋째, 조직성과변수에 조직유효성변수인 조직몰입, 직무만족 이외에 객관적인 성과(매출액, 수익 등)도 함께 측정하여 분석이 이루어졌으면 더욱 좋았을 것이다.
넷째, 선행연구를 통해 기업가정신에 관한 구성요인으로 기업가정신에서와 같이 혁신성, 위험감수성, 진취성을 가지고 측정하였으나, 기업가정신의 구성요인에 관한 연구가 뒷받침되어 기업가정신을 적절히 표현할 수 있었으면 한다. 특히 본 연구에 서 위험감수성이 기업가정신으로는 고려 대상이 되었다는 점을 고려해 볼 때 앞으 로 우리나라에 적합한 기업가정신의 구성요인을 탐색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로
보인다.
이러한 한계점과 함께 본 연구에서 제시되지 못하였던 미래연구들의 방향을 보 면 다음과 같다. 조직수준에서 환경을 비롯해 조직문화와 조직구조 등이 기업가정 신에 영향을 미치는 요인인지에 대한 연구, 기업가정신이 조직구성원에 의해 수행 되므로 구성원들의 개인적인 특성이 조절변수로서의 역할을 하는지에 대한 연구, 기업가정신을 전략적으로 실행하고 있는 기업과 실행하고 있지 않은 기업간의 비 교, 종속변수로서 객관적인 조직성과를 고려한 연구 등 보다 다양한 연구들이 뒷받 침되어야 한다.
